RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your patience at this time, and will notify you once your return has been processed.
RETURNS POLICY
Mattieu Ethan policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 7 days (effective 3/12/2020) of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
RETURN PROCESSING FEE
A flat rate cost of return shipping, USD $9.95, will be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is less than USD $9.95, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed.
